The PDB was a daily email newsletter written out of the Present Tense Fitness studio in Dayton, Ohio during 2017. From January to December, we sent out daily messages about topics ranging from racism to fitness to nutrition to design. It was an ambitious attempt to wrestle people away from social media in the morning while redirecting focus toward introspection, thought, and a holistic view of wellness.
